Chargepoly is expanding its ranks to support its growth
The specialist in ultra-fast electric charging solutions Chargepoly has increased its workforce by eleven new employees over the last four months. Around ten recruitments are currently underway, with one objective: to reach a hundred talents by 2027.
Chargepoly is recruiting. The specialist in ultra-fast charging solutions based in Aix-en-Provence (Bouches-du-Rhône) is currently leading a dynamic recruitment campaign to attract new talent to its workforce. The objective: to support the strong development of the company, specializing in the manufacturing and installation of ultra-fast electric charging stations for the transport and logistics sector. Since its fundraising of 15 million euros, announced in October, Chargepoly has welcomed eleven new employees: IT and product engineers, to continue to perfect its electric charging stations, project engineers, to install them, as well as sales engineers, to cover the entire territory, from South to North including the Ile-de-France region. Three new recruits are also expected at the beginning of March, bringing the number of employees to thirty-two compared to around twenty four months ago.
Around ten positions currently to be filled
Continuing this growth dynamic, around ten positions are currently available: developers, business managers, technical support and product engineers, etc. Chargepoly is looking for profiles with successful professional experience, ideally with a specialization in IRVE ( Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure). To guarantee equality of sexes and opportunities at work, the pure player in fast charging for electric vehicle fleets signed the French Tech Parity Pact at the beginning of the year. Chargepoly is banking on several arguments to attract young talents: a pleasant working environment, located at the Technopôle de l'Environnement in Aix-en-Provence in the middle of a Provençal forest, the 4th CleanTech in the world, prospects for development, or even flex office taking into account the professional/personal life balance of its future employees. In total, the start-up is planning around a hundred recruitments within four years.
