Logicor ouvre un nouveau bureau à Lyon

Logicor, l'un des principaux fournisseurs de solutions immobilières logistiques en Europe, annonce l’ouverture d'un nouveau bureau commercial à Lyon. Le bureau est situé dans le Grand Hôtel Dieu, au cœur de la ville, et opérationnel depuis le 1er septembre 2018.

Emmanuel Quentin, Directeur Asset Management, à la tête de l'équipe Logicor Lyon, a rejoint l’entreprise en janvier 2018 en provenance d'AEW. À compter du 1er janvier 2019, il sera assisté à Lyon par Guillaume Heemeryck, Asset Manager. L’équipe sera responsable du territoire d’Orléans à Marseille.

Pierre Philippot, Président de Logicor France, déclare :

« Le territoire couvrant notamment les régions Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Bourgogne, Provence-Alpes-Côte-D’azur constitue l'un des pôles les plus importants de la logistique française et européenne. Avec un portefeuille de 813 000 m² d'immeubles logistiques situés dans ces régions, nous possédons une large offre pour satisfaire les besoins de nos clients. L’ouverture d'un nouveau bureau nous permettra de resserrer nos liens avec eux et de travailler plus efficacement, en accompagnant leur stratégie de croissance. »

Logicor est présent en France depuis six ans et dispose d’un portefeuille d’immobilier logistique de 2,8 millions de m², dont 1 million en Île-de-France. Logicor France compte un large éventail de clients rattachés au bureau de Lyon dont Spartoo.com, Castorama, Maisons du Monde, Geodis, Rexel et XPO Logistics.
