The expert in pallet and crate rental for the Supply Chain IPP, a subsidiary of Faber Group, announces the appointment of Romain Carcenac to the position of Director of Operations. His mission will be to support the strong growth of the rental company in France, which this year expects a 20% increase in its volume of activity.

By appointing Romain Carcenac to the key position of Director of Operations, IPP has chosen to integrate an expert in industrial logistics and distribution into its France team. Aged 37, this trained engineer benefits from 15 years of experience in the sector. He began his career in 2009 as a Supply Chain Engineer on a work-study contract for the automobile manufacturer PSA. Having obtained his CESI school diploma, he joined the household appliance manufacturer Brandt (formerly FagorBrandt) in 2013 as Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager, then joined the family business specializing in the distribution of hardware items in 2016. Foussier as Supply Chain Director. In 2019, he turned to contract logistics. For five years, he will successively manage 3 platforms for the service provider ID Logistics: a 30,000 m2 site on behalf of a large distributor of sanitary, heating and bathroom furniture, as well as two mechanized warehouses of 24 000 and 47,000 m2 for a luxury children's textile brand as well as for a food distribution brand on reverse logistics. By joining IPP, Romain Carcenac's roadmap will be to support the strong growth of the rental company in France, which anticipates an increase of 20 points in its volume of activity, going from 15 (2023) to 18 million pallet movements this year. year. It will implement structuring actions aimed at ensuring the availability and quality of wooden pallets for IPP’s industrial customers. Romain Carcenac will be responsible for around forty people.
